I am blessed with a kid that love veggies. He would eat them all the time if he could! I like the idea of being able to balance his serving of fruit and veggies though since he doesn't eat as many fruits.

I like the various varieties and sizes Old Orchard comes in. I also like the resources section of their website where all kinds of health issues are address and discussed.
