Sleep is important. Sleeping well is even more so! I don't remember sleeping when I was a kid. I must have but I can not remember do it and I certainly don't remember looking forward to bedtime. Now there are days when I look at the clock and count how many hours I have until I can get into my comfy pj's, chill out for a bit and go to sleep. Now if we just had some new pillows!

I learned it is natural, breathable and that it doesn't have the icky chemicals that some of the the other foam products contain
